Such a lovely book and beautifully illustrated. Follow a curious little girl on her adventure in the market place. A great book to open the door to discussions of not wandering off and the emotions that can follow for both sides. Wonderful theme of also trying new food and the adventure that can be found in new tastes. With a recipe that adds a way for your child to try something new and feel part of the story with Ella and Lola.

Beautiful story with beautiful illustrations
Absolutely beautiful little book that encourages children to be adventures, independent and open to trying new things. Also makes children aware that it’s not okay to wonder off on their own in busy places as they can get lost. The story also shows parents a different way to engage with children, when their own anxieties are being challenged and showing the importance of being calm. Beautiful soothing illustrations and I love the bonus cooking recipe at the back as I’m a parent that loves to cook with my kids.

Beautifully told story about a missing toy bunny. My daughter is obsessed with Lola and we just love the illustrations !

Kathy Urban’s Hop Lola Hop took me back to some of my favorite bunny-focused books. It is always a true treat when an author can transport you back in time to your imaginative childhood. The illustrations created by Siski Kalla have a beautiful wash of light pastels with pops of primary colors that make the pages immediately catch the eye.
